Gil joined CSG in 2010 and provides strategic, operational, and business development leadership to the team. Gil shares 35 years of practical executive, elite coaching, and international leadership experience gained in a variety of industries, including health care nonprofit, medical device, technology services, cosmetics, apparel, and manufactured material handling systems. Organizations included the National Health Council, Litigation Management Inc., Goldwell Cosmetics, and Mannesmann AG. Gil’s passion for horses and experience in the sport of Dressage led to several high profile executive roles with the United States Equestrian Federation, including serving as team leader for multiple World Cup Finals, World Equestrian Games, Pan American Games and the 2008 Olympic Games, among many other championship events.
Tony delivers innovative technological leadership and intelligent project management experience to the organization. Since 2010, he has managed the product roadmap, development teams and support organization for CSG. He blends the best of cutting-edge and proven technology to deliver practical solutions. Previously, as a 2007 Founder of Skycast, Tony gained experience finding creative solutions to tough IT challenges for mid-to-large companies in Web/Mobile Application Development, Server Infrastructure, Security, Data Storage and Database Design. He also served as a Managing Member of Quantitative Capital and has been involved in a number of patent applications, included a patent for delivering coupons and associated deals to users in a social application environment.
Nik brings a decade of experience from the higher education space with a background in client relationship management, project management, and business development. Nik joined the team in January 2015 and focuses on managing CSG projects, both internal and external, as well as developing internal processes, managing compliance, and designing workflow. He is known for his balance of innovative thinking and a commitment to repeatable structure and process. Previous experience includes The Michigan Institute of Aviation and Technology, The Interactive Institute of Technology, Gwinnett College and Alberland Partners Financial.
Anne Margaret has been involved in business development for CSG since early 2012. She brings a rich background of experience in the field of institutional development and has numerous successes in advancing educational programs at both the state level and in the private education sector. Anne Margaret’s development work involved Director-level roles at the University of Connecticut and the Pomfret School. Her government work has included supporting multiple election campaigns, serving as both a state and national convention delegate, working as Deputy Finance Director for a Lt. Governor in the State of Massachusetts, and working for a U.S. Congressman in Washington D.C. She was elected as Chairperson for a major party City Committee in Glouchester, MA and served in that position for 7 years. Anne Margaret is also an active member of the Cahuilla Band of Mission Indians, a Federally recognized tribe. Anne Margaret is a United States Dressage Federation medalist, sponsored dressage rider, and the owner and resident trainer of a premier equestrian facility in the southeast.
Cathy joined CSG in 2012 and plays a key role in project implementation and team support. Cathy came to CSG from Belfor Restoration Group, where she was promoted over several years through multiple internal operations and client support roles at a state and national level. Prior to Belfor, Cathy spent time at BNP Media and Oakland University in marketing and development operations. Privately, Cathy has been involved in Habitat for Humanity and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Karen is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years' experience, working in a variety of industries. As the principal of Spearhead Advisors, she works with CSG management to oversee financial operations. Previously, Karen served as CFO for Clarity Technologies and in VP and Director level finance, consulting and project management roles for organizations including Cambridge Silicon Radio, Sequent Computer Systems, and Alexander Hamilton Life Insurance.
Andy Co-Founded and served as President of Coastal Telephone Company, a long distance telecommunications company in 1985, which was sold to IXC Communications in 1999 in a 9-figure transaction. Subsequently, Andy led the management committee of Cyrus Networks, LLC, aka CyrusOne, an enterprise-class provider of data center services, from its formation in 2000, to the successful sale to ABRY Partners in a 9-figure transaction in 2007. Andy is currently the Business Strategies Partner for BFLP, managing a portfolio of investments, which includes private equity as well as interaction with investment bankers and portfolio managers. Andy has been a Director at Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. since June 4, 2013. He is the current President of the Board of Trustees and on the Executive Committee for The Emery Weiner School and a former Executive Committee member and Advisory Board member for the Holocaust Museum Houston. He has also served on the Boards of The Alley Theater, Bellaire Little League, The Fay School, Congregation Emanu El and The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center.

Lowell’s strong strategic sense, creativity, and ability to cultivate long-term relationships are among his greatest talents. Phil has a distinguished and successful career as senior corporate executive and successful entrepreneur. Phil began at Proctor & Gamble, had a twelve-year tenure in leadership at Xerox, and capped more than a decade at Dataserv with five years as the President and CEO. In 1996, Phil subsequently launched, led, and grew an IT Education Solutions organization, Benchmark Learning, which he successfully sold in 2012. Phil brings pragmatic experience, wise counsel, and creative ideas to the CSG executive management team.
